Tonight at home
-A lovely dinner of pork chops, braised kale, and Mark Bittman’s fucking incredible beet rösti (We didn’t have enough beets, so we subbed about half sweet potatoes. Great move.)
-Watching most of Etienne Decroux’s “La Grammaire”.
-Daydreaming about yurt camping in Marfa, Texas (see above).
-Beginning thinking about backyard meat farm 2012.
