Beef cattle moving onto new pasture at Sunrise Farm in Guilford, VT.

Although negative depictions of industrialized meat production have their place, I think videos like this are far more powerful tools to encourage folks to come on over to the side of pastured meat eating (If photos or descriptions of feedlots don’t do it for you alone).  Look at those guys! They’re having a great time!

Well, we made our own yogurt.  Goodbye, overpriced Greek yogurt from Greece, hello cheap-ass raw milk Greek yogurt from those adorable cows down the road.  Tastes delicious with the honey that my boss’s bees made, a pinch of French sea salt, and a generous dash of smug self-congratulation.
